Our linen Cotton Velvet was named after the crystal Desert Rose, which is also called Sand Rose or Gypsum Rose. It is a crystal formation which looks like petals of a rose. You can find these beautiful crystals in the Sahara Desert and Oklahoma Desert. We are often asked if it is a pink or earthy colour; it changes in the light and is definitely not pink, but also not earthy either. It is a very special and beautiful dark sand colour which changes according to what you wear it with.
Our velvet has the softest texture and even if it is linen cotton, it is extremely cozy and warm, like a short haired teddy bear at touch. The pieces we make in the velvet are carefully chosen to work with this material.

UK ORDERS
UK orders are sent via DHL. Expected arrival date for UK shipments is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use international courier services for orders shipping outside of the UK, normally DHL. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the confirmation date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. For international orders, customs charges may be charged on arrival depending on the country in which you reside. VON SONO is not responsible for the payment of this import taxes and duties.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.

RETURNS
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
All sales are final on sale products, swimwear, underwear and books. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. SONO is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
