( DEPENDING ON THE TRADE AGREEMENT YOUR COUNTRY HAS WITH THE UK.)

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CHANGE DUE TO BREXIT. ( it will be up to approx. 20% charges depending on the country )

CUSTOMERS WILL NO LONGER BE CHARGED VAT AT CHECKOUT. 

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND ADMINISTRATION CHARGES WILL APPLY AND WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM THE FORWARDING COURIER.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE CHARGED ON DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS BY RESPECTIVE CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES. 

THE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES WILL VARY THROUGHOUT EUROPE AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO PREDICT WHAT THESE CHARGES WILL BE. 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO 

Orders are usually processed within 5 working days of receiving your order. We try and process all orders as soon as possible, but our main shipping day is Monday, we are a small company sorry if we are not super fast - if you should need an item extra quick email us. Orders are processed from London, UK.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail First Class tracked and signed. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. A signature is required. Expected arrival date for UK shipments is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order. Items are insured up to £50.00. In our experience it is very unlikely for anything to go wrong with your shipment, however if you require extra insurance on your purchase or wish for a next day delivery this can be arranged at extra cost so please enquire at the time of your purchase. You will have to sign for your package, as we want you to receive your order safely. The usual delivery times are 7am - 7pm depending on the courier used. If you are not at home a calling card will be left at your address telling you how to arrange a re -delivery for your order. You can only specify a different delivery address to your home address if it is your work address. 

 The prices are indicated in British Pound Stirling and are including 20% VAT.

International orders will be shipped via international couriers mainly. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the confirmation date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. VON SONO is not responsible for payment of this duty. Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.
