The JOEL is the newest addition to our knitwear family. We do love a good chunky knitted jumper, as you might have guessed already.
We started this jumper with our new knit factory in South London, run by a young couple of knitwear enthusiasts who are both geeky and amazing. The inspiration came once again from a British prickly jumper, which reminded us of something we’ve always had, something we’ve always wanted, and something we always will want to wear.
We tweaked it quite a bit and developed it in a new 100% Merino wool yarn, which is beautifully soft. This is the brilliant outcome of our first London jumper, and Sono wore the sample from the day the showroom finished until it got too hot.
Yes - it’s beautiful, and she loves it.

Additional Information: In 100% superfine wool. Low twist 100s, RWS certified, fully sustainable and traceable. Traditionally spun and dyed by the oldest spinner in Biella.

UK ORDERS
UK orders are sent via DHL. Expected arrival date for UK shipments is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use international courier services for orders shipping outside of the UK, normally DHL. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the confirmation date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. For international orders, customs charges may be charged on arrival depending on the country in which you reside. VON SONO is not responsible for the payment of this import taxes and duties.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.

RETURNS
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
All sales are final on sale products, swimwear, underwear and books. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. SONO is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
