HAIO hat is our new lighter weight hat, inspired by roll up hand-knitted hats: light, foldable and rollable, like a soft Beret, to keep the autumn winds away from you.
Much lighter than our other hats and inspired by an 80s roll edge hat my aunt made for me when I was about 9 years old. It was far too big for me but I loved it as it just felt like a kind of hood instead of a warm winter hat. You can roll it up and make it smaller and wear it on top of your head or you can fold it over an wear it floppy, or like a soft Barret. Knitted in London.
Composition: 100% Superfine Wool

Additional Information: The wool is ethically bred and RWS certified, fully sustainable and traceable. Traditionally spun and dyed by the oldest spinner in Biella, Italy.

UK ORDERS
UK orders are sent via DHL. Expected arrival date for UK shipments is 1-5 working days from the confirmation of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use international courier services for orders shipping outside of the UK, normally DHL. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 3-7 days from the confirmation date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. For international orders, customs charges may be charged on arrival depending on the country in which you reside. VON SONO is not responsible for the payment of this import taxes and duties.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.

RETURNS
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging.
All sales are final on sale products, swimwear, underwear and books. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. SONO is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
