Purchasing

The photographs illustrating the products presented reproduce them as faithfully as possible, but are of no contractual value. The customer is advised to view the description of each product to satisfy him/herself as to its basic characteristics. Most styles are unisex. Please feel free to ask us any questions about the product or the ordering process by contacting us. Once your order has been confirmed via phone or email and payment processed, your items will be shipped. Orders are usually processed within 1-5 working days of receiving your order; most delays occur when orders are received on days that our shop is closed. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. On the occasion, an item you ordered is out of stock, we will call or email you. The prices are indicated in British Pound Stirling and are including 20% VAT.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 20% VAT WILL BE DEDUCTED AT THE CHECK OUT! BUT PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DUTY COSTS WHICH YOU WILL BE CHARGED FROM YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CHANGE DUE TO BREXIT. ( it will be up to approx. 20% charges depending on the country )

This size chart is a rough guide to our size system. Most of our clothes are unisex so please contact us for exact measurements if you are unsure about something before you purchase. Also a lot of pieces are cut oversized, please read the product description.

Online Return Policy

We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your on-line order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sales final on sale products, swimwear, underwear and books. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. VON SONO is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Returns

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Faulty Items

As part of our customer service policy, VON SONO checks each item before it is sent out, and follow a very rigorous quality assurance procedure which is fully documented.

Please check your items once they have arrived.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item do not remove any labels, do not try it on. Please email us at shop@vonsono.de stating your order number and the nature of the fault, and where possible, please accompany with photos highlighting the damage. For faulty items that have been worn / used or purchases returned outside our Returns Policy, please email us at shop@vonsono.de for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of VON SONO. The customer's statutory rights are unaffected.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to VON SONO. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of VON SONO. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
